In close collaboration with the client, we implemented the Career Paths and their supporting infrastructure, focusing on transparent communication and ongoing support. We trained leaders to explain the new paths, creating a bridge of understanding and acceptance.

Seven months following completion and handoff of Career Path , Our client  a retention increase of 23% across critical field operation positions; skill development surged over 55% compared to the prior year; crew absenteeism improved by 2.7%; and internal promotions increased by 14% attributed to the new career path within the first six months.
